Things to Consider before making your wax appointment!
Ensure that the hair is at the correct length, hair should be ¼ inch in length, normally about 2 to 2 ½ weeks of growth. This especially applies to first time clients who have been shaving. Stubble is extremely difficult to take up if it is too short. Regular moisturizing and exfoliating your skin will also help you receive the best results.
Please note: if you are using Retin A or any other prescription topical cream such as Differin we will not be able to wax the treated area such as your face. If you are on Accutane, we cannot wax you at all for at least 8 month once you have stopped taking Accutane!
Reason for this, is the medication shuts down all of your oil glands and can cause server lifting of the skin! Which, may result in scarring and damaging the skin.
