Cancellation/Re-schedule policy?
La Renew Skin Care is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. We request that you please give a minimum of 24-hours notice if you must re-schedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. Please call and leave a message if we are unavailable. Repeat no-shows and cancellations will be subject to the full price of the services and may require a pre-payment for future appointments. I will provide a courtesy confirmation call the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 min. before your initial appointment to fill out the appropriate paper work. If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect our client’s schedule, all services must end at their schedule time.
Our Dover location is on the second floor of the Gym that does not have an elevator. Please let us know when you make your appointment if you will need assistance with the stairs.
Gratuities
Gratuities are left to the discretion of the individual quest.
Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate are available for any dollar amount or specific service, however, they are not refundable. Please present the certificate prior to your service.

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
